Giveaway Rules & Disclaimers
By entering any giveaway drawing offered through this website or through an email subscriber communication, entrants acknowledge they have been given access to and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the following giveaway rules: All giveaways are for ACTIVE EMAIL SUBSCRIBERS only unless otherwise noted. Entries are good for the current giveaway only and do not carry over to subsequent giveaways unless otherwise noted. No purchase is necessary to enter any giveaway. Any purchases made through links on this website do not increase a giveaway entrant's chances of being the giveaway recipient. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws apply. All giveaway recipients are determined by random drawing on or immediately following the "Giveaway Ends" date and time unless otherwise specified. Giveaway recipients will be notified by email, and giveaway items will be shipped/mailed within 7 business days of the receipt of the mailing address of the giveaway recipient. Giveaway recipients may refuse to receive a giveaway item, at which time the giveaway item may be given to another entrant at the sole discretion of Wendi Miller. Any taxes due on giveaway items are the sole responsibility of the giveaway recipient. No warranties or guarantees are made on any giveaway items awarded, and no exchanges or replacements are granted on any giveaway items that are lost or damaged during shipping or use. Requests for giveaway item substitutions, assignments, transfers, or cash equivalents will not be honored, but by entering, entrants understand that giveaway item substitutions may by made if the original giveaway item is no longer available. Giveaway entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Giveaway recipients agree to assume all responsibility for the proper use, handling, and care of any giveaway item and to hold harmless Wendi Miller and/or Wendi Miller DBA Love That Amazes for any malfunction or damage occurring from the possession, use, or misuse of any giveaway item. Giveaway recipients agree to adhere to all warning labels attached to all giveaway items, such as but not limited to: "Item includes magnet, Keep out of reach of children" or "Remove all hang tags and their fasteners before using this product." Approximate cash value of giveaway items varies by item. Winners may not win more than one prize during any 90-day period, unless otherwise specified. Any email addresses that show consistent inactivity in any six-month period - ie. emails remain unopened - may be deleted from the active Email Subscriber list at the sole discretion of the email administrator and may be invited to resubscribe. Contest is void where prohibited. Rules are subject to updates and revisions.
