Shelby is a young Bethlehem shepherd during the Bible time when Quirinius is governor and has ordered a census all through the land for the Roman ruler Caesar Augustus. Shelby wants nothing more than to have more sheep in his flock, but for now he is embarking on a journey to bring his one sheep, Little One, back home after it has wandered off...again. And what a journey it turns out to be for the very hopeful little shepherd!
